Really, though, I’m not seeing the controversy. Nancy Pelosi, mother of five, has apparently insulted the right by stating that she knows more about childbirth than the Pope. Yeah, and? Ron Paul can say the same thing and he’d be 100% correct. He’s an OBGYN. I can state, unequivocally, I know more about video games and the internet than the Pope. My wife knows more about firearms than the Pope. My 4 year old son knows more about Doc McStuffins than the Pope. So what?
Oooooh, I get it! People are offended that Nancy Pelosi was saying that she was more of an authority on women’s issues than the Pope. Gee whiz! A woman knowing more about stuff that affects women? The nerve of her suggesting such a thing!
After all, the fact that the right gets its panties in a twist over every little made up “scandal” means they’re very familiar with women’s undergarments. Maybe a little too familiar…
It’s all bs to not be taken seriously. I know I don’t care. Nancy’s right by the way. The pope knows very little about most things, duh.
